Great Customer Services…
Hello folks,
Sorry. My blogging exploits have been nothing short of shambolic lately. Slapped wrists! I promise to write more often.
Anyway, I just wanted to write a post about some great customer services I’ve recently been privy to. I really put a lot of stock into managing Customers expectations and it’s something we put a lot of emphasis on at prezzybox.com. It’s a lot easier to get a customer than to keep a customer snd turn them into a repeat customer.
I’d therefore like to draw your attention to two companies this week. Recently I’ve bought a lap top and a Mountain Bike (for the missus). Both were ordered on Monday and they were delivered in perfect working order on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. So - big credit to Ebuyer.com for the lap top and Cyclestore.co.uk for the bike.
People are only to quick to complain about poor customer services and I feel it’s nice to shout about good Customer Services too.
Take care folks.
Zak.

Yep, all too often people are ready to criticise, but don’t give credit for good service. I’ll add Tesco home delivery (groceries) to that list. Got a phone call telling me the driver was running 45 minutes late even though it was still due to arrive in the chosen time slot - all turned out good in the end!
