Its here at Last, Our Dieters have stocked up on health-food, Craig has locked his razor away and everyone else is bracing themselves for their tasks.

The Bikers also started today with a leisurely 4 Mile Ride, everyone went to cheer them off

And after about 2 meters, Nikki’s chain fell off

But they were soon on their way again, and we wish them the best of luck for their 100 miles!
