If you’re a reader of our blog, you’ll know that we’ve got a new feature called ‘Prezzybox Loves’ where you can get to know a bit more about the people behind the Box!
This week, we’ve been asking the staff about their favourite films. Every one of them is a classic, so get your popcorn, here is the Prezzybox ‘best films ever’ list!
Bianca – Splash “When I was a kid I watched this film 100+ times, I actually memorised all of the dialogue and convinced my little sisters that I was in fact a mermaid! Genius film, so adorable, still love it to this day.â€
Nikki – Mean Girls “Not one of the best films ever made but I love it! Great for a girl’s night in!â€
Dani – Legally Blond “It’s not my ultimate favourite as that keeps changing but whenever I’m sad or tired I put this film on and it makes me happy again, Elle Woods is so cute.â€
Â

Jean – Sixth Sense “Excellent, unexpected ending.â€
Michelle – Step-Mum “Because every time I watch it, it brings a tear to my eye but at the same time I love all the fun times in it.“
Craig – Goodfellas “I quite simply love everything about this film. “What do you mean funny, funny how? How am I funny?”â€
Barney – The Matrix “Simply an amazing film, no need to say anything else.â€
Sharon – Jaws “I love Jaws for the suspense and thrill (although now I’m older that’s probably Roy Schneider in his shorts). Who doesn’t freeze with terror when they hear those immortal bars from the Jaws soundtrack? Brilliant!â€
Zak – It’s a Wonderful Life “Best film ever. Period. Full stop. “
Ben – Anchorman ““60% of the time… it works every time†Funniest Film Everâ€

Sue – The Way We Were “Robert Redford looks so handsome in this film, I like Barbra Streisand and the theme song is one of my favourites.â€
Tony – Nothing! “I don’t have a favourite film. I can’t understand people who do! The idea of taking one film and saying that this is the best and nothing matches it is bizarre. I could probably spend an hour listing the films I like, but I would find it impossible to put them into an order of preference.â€
Cherry – Pulp Fiction “I was so blown away when I saw this film that I decided that I wanted to write films, and since that day I have. So in a way Pulp Fiction changed my life”
Kat – Eraserhead “I have loads of favourite films, but I love this classic lynch as it’s such a challenge to watch and understand!â€
So now you know a little more about the Prezzyboxers. What are your favourite films? Or if you have a burning question to ask our staff, let us know and we’ll ask them!
